Gegenstand der beabsichtigten Beschaffung ist die Bereitstellung und Nutzung der juristischen Online-Fachdatenbank "Juris - Das Rechtsportal" einschließlich des Moduls jurisspectrum und der zugehörigen jurisAllianz-Inhalte. Die Beschaffung erfolgt im Rahmen einer Kooperation zwischen dem Landschaftsverband Westfalen-Lippe (LWL) und dem Landschaftsverband Rheinland (LVR). Ziel ist die gemeinsame lizenzrechtliche Versorgung der Beschäftigten beider Landschaftsverbände mit juristischen Fachinformationen und Datenbankinhalten.
Die Leistung umfasst die fortlaufende Bereitstellung der vereinbarten Fachmodule und die Einräumung entsprechender Nutzungsrechte für die Vertragslaufzeit.
