Description
Das Gelände der General-Oberst-Beck Kaserne umfasst ca. 31h und befindet sich auf einer Anhöhe im Süden Sonthofens. Die Kasernenanlage selbst wird aktuell in Stand gesetzt und besteht sowohl aus historischen Gebäuden wie auch Neubauten, die für militärische Zwecke genutzt werden. Ein Teil der Gebäude befindet sich noch im Umbau, der andere Teil wird bereits genutzt, weshalb der Zugang zum Gelände sicherheitstechnisch überwacht wird.
In den historischen Bestandsgebäuden 5+8 der Liegenschaft sind aufgrund von Dachundichtigkeiten Sanierungsarbeiten am Dachtragwerk erforderlich. Die Steildächer sind mit Biberschwanzziegeln eingedeckt und besitzen ein Holztragwerk. Aufgrund der durch den Umbau geplanten Nutzung von Dachbereichen werden im Rahmen der Planung bauphysikalische, brandschutztechnische und statische Vorgaben berücksichtigt werden müssen.
Die bestehende Schalung bleibt erhalten. Die Planung des weiteren Dachaufbaus unter Berücksichtigung der gestellten Vorgaben ist Kern der Aufgabe.
