De applicaties Grond365 en Lood365 ondersteunen de werkprocessen binnen de afdeling Bodem van de gemeente Amsterdam. Grond365 vormt het zwaartepunt: deze applicatie zorgt voor de vastlegging van voorraadbeheer, logistieke processen en wettelijk verplichte gegevens rondom grondverzet. Amsterdam verplaatst en hergebruikt jaarlijks grote hoeveelheden grond via depots met weegbruggen; de applicatie ondersteunt dit proces van aanvraag tot facturering.
Lood365 is een aparte applicatie op hetzelfde platform, gericht op het beheer en de uitwisseling van gegevens. Deze applicatie zorgt voor de vastlegging van loodonderzoeken, afspraken met bewoners en rapportage. Qua omvang en gebruik is Lood365 van minder betekenis dan Grond365; het meeste ontwikkelwerk concentreert zich op Grond365.
De afdeling zoekt een samenwerkingspartner die proactief meedenkt over de automatisering van de Amsterdamse milieu hygiënische en logistieke grond processen en hoe de functionaliteiten van het (power)platform hier een bijdrage aan kunnen leveren.
