Hankija ei jaga hanget osadeks kuna hankelepingu esemeks on funktsionaalselt koos toimivad või sama eesmärgi saavutamiseks vajalikud arvutid. Pakkumuse peab esitama riigihanke alusdokumentides esitatud tingimustel. Hankelepingu objektiks on "Tehnilises kirjelduses" toodud tingimustele vastavate arvutite ostmine koos transportimis- ning garantiiteenusega.

Hankeleping sõlmitakse ühe eduka pakkujaga. Pakkumuste hindamine toimub majanduslikult soodsaima pakkumuse alusel. Võrdsete hindamistulemuste korral eelistab hankija eduka valimisel pakkujat, kes esitas riigihangete registris pakkumuse kuupäevaliselt ja kella-ajaliselt esimesena.
