De opdracht betreft het inzamelen van OPK bij zowel de milieueilanden met ondergrondse containers als de rolcontainers bij kerken, scholen en verenigingen. Aansluitend omvat de opdracht het transport en de verwerking van het ingezamelde OPK. Voor een overzicht van de omvang en informatie wordt verwezen naar Bijlage x, y en z behorende bij Programma van Eisen.
De Gemeente heeft geen afnameverplichting en geeft geen omzetgarantie. Wel maximeert de Gemeente de totale omvang/waarde van deze Opdracht (initiële looptijd incl. verlengingsopties) op 25.000 ton OPK.
