Description
Dieses Vergabeverfahren zielt darauf ab, die unterversorgten Gebiete mit einer bedarfsgerechten gigabitartigen Breitbandversorgung in den Gemeinden Allershausen, Eching, Kirchdorf a.d. Amper, Hallbergmoos, Kranzberg und Langenbach herzustellen. Konzessionsgegenstand ist dementsprechend die Versorgung aller unterversorgten Bedarfsstellen ("graue Flecken") mit einer nachhaltigen und hochleistungsfähigen Telekommunikationsinfrastruktur (Gigabit-Netz).
Die Zweckbindungsfrist beträgt 7 Jahre. Die gegenständliche Konzession umfasst 6 Gemeinden. Die Ausschreibung ist unterteilt in 6 Lose.
Der Konzessionsgeber hat einen Antrag auf Gewährung einer Zuwendung im Rahmen der Gigabit Richtlinie des Bundes 2.0 vom 08.09.2025 gestellt und am 17.11.2025 einen vorläufigen Zuwendungsbescheid des Bundes erhalten. Ebenfalls ist beabsichtigt die komplementäre Landesförderung (Kofinanzierung) in Anspruch zu nehmen.
