Description
De Opdracht betreft het onderhoud van de zonwering. Met deze zonwering worden de beweegbare schermen aan de buitenzijde van de (kantoor)gebouwen van de WUR bedoeld. Het betreft hier de motorisch en handmatig bewogen buitenzonweging.
Hieronder wordt begrepen, doch niet limitatief:
- Lamellen zonwering
- Zonwering met screens
- Zonwering met uitvalschermen
- Zonwering lichtstraten en glasdaken
- Zonwering met rolschermen
- Rolluiken. Dit alles inclusief besturingsautomaten, relaiskasten, drukknop bediening en weerdetectie (regen/ windkracht- en richting). Dit waarbij het gaat om stand alone principes. De uit te voeren werkzaamheden betreffen: 1. Preventief Onderhoud (inclusief Klein Materiaal) Uitvoering van Preventief Onderhoud aan de buitenzonweringen van WUR, welke nader worden omschreven in het Programma van Eisen (PvE). Uitvoering conform voorschriften fabrikant, inclusief eventueel extra noodzakelijk geacht Onderhoud i.r.t. functionaliteit en voorschriften WUR; 2. Storingsonderhoud (inclusief Klein Materiaal) op werkdagen Alle voorkomende herstelwerkzaamheden en taken op basis van urgentie. 3. Correctief onderhoud
