Le présent marché de service consiste en la désignation de bureaux spécialisés en relevé d’ouvrages d’égouttage dans le cadre de la réalisation des cadastres des réseaux d’égouts. Ces relevés sont accompagnés d’opérations topographiques des ouvrages ainsi que de « zoomages » par caméra au niveau des chambres de visite. A ce jour, l’INASEP estime des commandes annuelles pour les prestations de cadastre des réseaux d’égout avec « zoomages » à une longueur de réseau à cadastrer estimée annuellement entre 300 et 320 km pour l’ensemble de la Province de Namur, répartie sur 2 zones géographiques Nord et Sud dans une proportion de l’ordre de 51% de ce total pour le Nord et 49% de ce total pour le Sud.
Le programme de réalisation de ces cadastres peut évoluer en fonction des consignes reçues par INASEP des autorités régionales et de la S.P.G.E., et dès lors les soumissionnaires acceptent le risque quant au nombre de commandes effectives et renoncent à toute indemnité à cet égard.
