Es werden IT-Dienstleistungen sukzessive in sechs Losen vergeben. Vorliegend betroffen sind allein die Leistungen zu Los 1 - Infrastruktur und Anwendungsbetrieb für die hessische Landwirtschaftsförderung. Wesentliche Bestandteile sind der Anwendungsbetrieb und der Infrastrukturbetrieb.
Der Anwendungsbetrieb umfasst unter anderem Flächeninformationsdienste wie FIG und WMS-Dienste, Frontend-Komponenten (Portal LaWi als Online-Antragsplattform und, die IP-Web-Module als containerbasierte Förderstrecken) sowie Backendfunktionalitäten mit der SAP - Vorgangsbearbeitung (WERKBank, mbWERK) und dem berichtsWERK als Reporting und Data Warehouse. Der Infrastrukturbetrieb umfasst unter anderem die Bereitstellung und den Betrieb der kompletten IT-Infrastruktur, eine Umgebungsbereitstellung, Backup-Infrastruktur sowie das Security- und Berechtigungsmanagement. Zudem sind die Bereitstellung der LAN/WAN-Infrastruktur sowie deren Netzwerkbetrieb Gegenstand dieser Leistung.
