Binnen de raamovereenkomst kunnen uitvragen worden gedaan voor (inhuur)werkzaamheden binnen de volle breedte van het SAP-landschap van NS. De werkzaamheden binnen het huidige SAP-domein zijn onder te verdelen in de volgende categorieën: Functioneel beheer en ondersteuning van bedrijfsprocessen; Technisch beheer van SAP-platformen; Integratieontwikkeling en beheer van koppelingen; Security-, privacy- en complianceactiviteiten; Lifecycle management, upgrades en onderhoud; Data-, rapportage- en analyticsvraagstukken; Regievoering op leveranciers en dienstverlening; Ondersteuning van projecten en veranderinitiatieven. Binnen NS ligt de verantwoordelijkheid voor regie, architectuur, continuïteit en kennisborging van het SAP-landschap bij de interne organisatie.
Externe expertise wordt gericht ingezet voor tijdelijke capaciteitsbehoefte, specialistische kennis, dienstverlening en projectmatige werkzaamheden.
