Hanke eesmärgiks on sõlmida neljaks aastaks raamleping Tallinna Tehnikaülikooli Kohtla-Järvel asuvate hoonete ja rajatiste projekteerimis- ja ehitustööde teostamiseks. Raamleping sõlmitakse kuni kuue majanduslikult soodsaima pakkumuse esitanud pakkujaga, kes teevad käesolevas tehnilises kirjelduses olevale esimesele objektile madalaima hinnaga pakkumuse.
