Im Klärwerk Karlsruhe wird jährlich an einer der fünf Belebungsstraßen der ersten biologischen Reinigungsstufe eine Revision durchgeführt. Dabei werden die Becken nach der Entleerung von Ablagerungen befreit und gereinigt. Um die jeweilige Belebungsstraße nur für einen möglichst kurzen Zeitraum außer Betrieb zu nehmen und die maximale Reinigungsleistung schnellstmöglich wiederherzustellen, wird diese aufwendige Revision wie bisher durch eine externe Reinigungsfirma unterstützt.

Für die Ausführung dieser Leistungen soll ein Rahmenvertrag abgeschlossen werden. Im Vertrag sind Einheitspreise für Personal, Fahrzeuge und Geräte sowie für Transport und Verwertung bzw. Entsorgung von abzufahrenden Reststoffen enthalten.

Nach diesen Preisen werden die während der Vertragslaufzeit auszuführenden Leistungen vergeben und abgerechnet, unabhängig von der Menge der anfallenden Leistungen und Reststoffe.
