Description
Die Gemeinde Nennhausen beabsichtigt die umfassende denkmalgerechte Sanierung, Restaurierung und funktionale Erweiterung des historischen Gärtnerhauses am Fouqué-Platz 2 in Nennhausen. Ziel der Maßnahme ist die Erhaltung und langfristige Sicherung der ortsbildprägenden Bausubstanz sowie die Entwicklung eines multifunktionalen Kultur-, Ausstellungs- und Begegnungsortes für Bürgerinnen und Bürger, Vereine sowie Besucher der Region. Durch die bauliche und funktionale Aufwertung sollen öffentliche Nutzungen wie Ausstellungen, Lesungen, kulturelle Veranstaltungen, Bildungsangebote und Vereinsaktivitäten ermöglicht werden.
Gleichzeitig sind die Anforderungen an Barrierefreiheit, Brandschutz, Energieeffizienz und zeitgemäße Gebäudetechnik zu erfüllen. Das Vergabeverfahren wird auf Grundlage einer öffentlich-rechtlichen Vereinbarung durch die Zentrale Vergabestelle des Landkreises Havelland durchgeführt. Auftraggeber und Vertragspartner wird die Gemeinde Nennhausen.
Das gegenständliche Vorhaben wird mit ELER-Mitteln im Rahmen des GAP-Strategieplans für die Bundesrepublik Deutschland für die Förderperiode 2023 bis 2027 - Intervention EL-0703 (LEADER) finanziert und ein entsprechender Bewilligungsbescheid liegt bereits vor.
