Upphandlingen avser planerat och avhjälpande underhåll samt akuta åtgärder avseende kyl- och värmepumpsanläggningar. Avtalsformen är ramavtal med alla villkor fastställda. Ramavtal kommer att tecknas med två leverantörer enligt rangordningsprincipen.
