Seit mehr als 10 Jahren ist die ÜSTRA Hannoversche Verkehrsbetriebe Aktiengesellschaft sowohl bei Facebook als auch bei Instagram und YouTube vertreten. Um diese (und ggf. weitere) Social Media-Präsenzen vollumfänglich bespielen zu können – sowohl im redaktionellen als auch im Communitymanagement-Bereich – benötigen wir eine webbasierte Software. Das Social Media Team der ÜSTRA setzt sich aus Mitarbeitern der Bereiche Marketing/ externe Kommunikation und des Kundenservice zusammen.
Durch die langen Servicezeiten ergibt sich ein Schichtsystem. Daher benötigen wir ca. 65 Lizenzen, 55 davon benötigen jedoch nur die Funktionen, die für das Communitymanagement essenziell sind. Diese Software ist die Verbindung zu den Social Media Präsenzen der ÜSTRA auf Facebook, Instagram, YouTube und – optional – zu anderen Social Media Plattformen wie TikTok und LinkedIn.
Die Anfragen der User (Fans bzw. Follower – je nach Plattform) laufen als Direktnachricht, Kommentar, Post oder reply in das System ein und können von dort bearbeitet (beantwortet, per Mail weitergeleitet, intern zugewiesen, wegsortiert oder auf der Plattform gelöscht) werden. Wichtig ist dabei ein möglichst übersichtliches Dashboard, welches den Nutzern auf einen Blick verdeutlicht, welche „Tickets“ noch offen sind und welche gerade von anderen Nutzern bearbeitet werden, um doppelte Bearbeitung zu vermeiden.
