Les mesures comprennent la réalisation des travaux dans le bâtiment de formation HC, le bâtiment administratif HJ et les bâtiments d'ateliers HB et HD : les bâtiments HC et HJ, qui abritent des locaux administratifs et de formation, doivent être rénovés et mis en conformité avec les normes actuellement en vigueur.
