Es soll die Grundleistung der Tragwerksplanung (Leistungsphasen 1-6) gem. § 51 HOAI 2021, sowie nach Erfordernis ggf. Besondere Leistungen in der Leistungsphase 8 beauftragt werden. Die Grundschule Auf dem Loh in Hannover ist eine 4-zügige Schule, bestehend aus einem denkmalgeschützten Altbau von 1899 und einem zweigeschossigen Sporthallenanbau aus dem Jahr 1977.
Ziel des Projekts ist der Ausbau zu einer inklusiven und barrierefreien Ganztagsschule. Hierfür sind umfassende Umbau- und Sanierungsmaßnahmen im Bestandsgebäude sowie die Schaffung zusätzlicher Flächen erforderlich. Die Unterbringung der für den Ganztagsbetrieb erforderlichen Flächen, einschließlich der Mensa, ist im Rahmen der Planung zu entwickeln.
Ob diese innerhalb des Bestands realisiert oder durch ergänzende Neubauten geschaffen werden, ist Bestandteil der Planungsaufgabe. Ebenso wird untersucht, ob die bestehende Sporthalle saniert, erweitert oder durch einen Neubau ersetzt wird.
