Het uit te voeren werk is gelegen in het onderhoudsgebied Rivierengebied van provincie Gelderland. Het werk bestaat in hoofdzaak uit: a. Onderhoud groenvoorzieningen b Onderhoud verhardingen c.
Onderhoud kolken en lijngoten d. Onderhoud wegmeubilair e. Toepassen van tijdelijke verkeersmaatregelen f.
Het verrichten van bijkomende werkzaamheden De overeenkomst wordt aangegaan voor een periode van drie (3) jaar met een (1) keer een mogelijke verlenging van drie (3) jaar. Schoon en emmissieloos bouwen (SEB) De hoeveelheid stikstofuitstoot moet gereduceerd worden, evenals de broeikasgas- en fijnstootemissies. Om deze doelstellingen te realiseren heeft provincie Gelderland in IPO verband het convenant SEB ondertekent.
Hiermee zegt de provincie toe om vanaf 01-01-2028 al het licht materieel zero-emissie (ZE) uit te vragen en vanaf 2035 ook het zwaar materieel. Tevens streeft de provincie er naar om in de loop van 2027 het lichtmaterieel versneld in te voeren.
