Description
Die Steuersoftware "Droplet Control Center" (DCC) der Efficient Robotics GmbH muss erweitert werden, um einen mikrofluidischen Gerätepark mit biotechnologischen Drittgeräten sowie einer übergeordneten Datenplattform zu verbinden. Die DCC-Software wird so modifiziert, dass sie Drittgeräte über dedizierte Schnittstellen steuern, auslesen und deren Daten in der Benutzeroberfläche sowie in der Datenausgabe integrieren kann. Zusätzlich wird die Anbindung einer übergeordneten Datenplattform realisiert, die Geräteinstruktionen übermittelt und erzeugte Daten verarbeitet.
Hierfür werden Anzeige- und Kontrollmechanismen in den DCC-Arbeitsablauf eingebunden und Daten in kompatibler Form bereitgestellt. Der Gesamtablauf muss weitgehend automatisiert werden; notwendige Software- und Hardwareanpassungen am mikrofluidischen Gerätepark sind eingeschlossen. Bestandteil der Leistung ist zudem eine Schulung zu den erweiterten Softwarefunktionen anhand geeigneter Beispieldaten.
