Les mesures comprennent la réalisation des travaux dans le bâtiment de formation HC, le bâtiment administratif HJ et les bâtiments d'atelier HB et HD : les bâtiments HC et HJ, qui abritent des locaux administratifs et de formation, doivent être rénovés et mis en conformité avec les normes actuellement en vigueur. De manière générale, l'enveloppe du bâtiment, les installations techniques installations techniques et certaines parties des espaces intérieurs doivent être renouvelées.
