L'accord-cadre est "composite". Il comprend une partie "marché ordinaire" et une partie "accord-cadre à bons de commande". Les prestations incluent la maintenance technique des équipements, l'achat des combustibles, le renouvellement des matériels ainsi que la réalisation de travaux d'amélioration visant à assurer la pérennité du patrimoine communal
