Hanke eesmärgiks on sõlmida neljaks aastaks raamleping Tallinna Tehnikaülikooli linnaku projekteerimis- ja ehitustööde teostamiseks üle Eesti. Raamleping sõlmitakse kuni kümne majanduslikult soodsaima pakkumuse esitanud pakkujaga, kes teevad käesolevas tehnilises kirjelduses olevale esimesele objektile madalaima hinnaga pakkumuse.
