NMD-samenwerking koopt namens de gemeenten Aa en Hunze, Assen, Midden-Drenthe, Noordenveld en Tynaarlo Begeleid Kamer Wonen (BKW) Wmo in. Onder BKW wordt verstaan wonen op locatie van de aanbieder of woonruimte gefinancierd door de Aanbieder inclusief begeleiding van inwoner richting zelfstandigheid/ zelfstandig wonen. Het uitgangspunt van de indicatie is anderhalf á twee jaar om te kunnen ontwikkelen naar zelfstandig wonen (met ambulante ondersteuning).
