Descrizione
Der Fachbereich FB 3 (IT-Services) ist am Flughafen Stuttgart für den Betrieb der IT zuständig. Im Zuge dieser Betriebsführung erweitert die FSG punktuell für einzelne System- und Leistungsbereiche durch eine externe betriebliche Unterstützung, das notwendige Know-How zur Aufrechterhaltung eines störungsfreien Betriebes der IT-Systeme. Die vorliegende Ausschreibung "Rahmenvertrag IT-Services" gliedert hierbei die beinhalteten Leistungen in Leistungsscheine, welche nach 3 Arten der Serviceerbringung unterschieden werden. ?
Systembezogene Infrastruktur-Services (SIS) ? Betriebliche Infrastruktur-Services (BIS) ? Flexible Betriebliche Infrastruktur-Services (F-BIS) SIS-Leistungen stehen hierbei in Bezug auf eine Infrastruktur, ein System oder eine Applikation und beinhalten die unterstützende Serviceleistungen zur Aufrechterhaltung bei Störungen im Rahmen des Incident- und Problemmanagements.
BIS-Leistungen dienen der betrieblichen Unterstützung im Rahmen des Change-, Aufgaben- und Entwicklungsmanagements.
