Descrizione
Deze overheidsopdracht betreft 3 HPLC-eenheden die zullen gebruikt worden voor kwaliteitscontrole van radiofarmaceutica voor radionuclide therapie (RNT), plasma radiometaboliet analyses en kwaliteitscontrole van PET radiopharmaceutica. Het zijn allemaal analytische HPLC-systemen. De HPLC-eenheid voor QC RNT zal bestaan uit een pomp (inclusief ontgasser), UV-detector, radioactiviteitsdetector, auto-injector, allemaal met een metaalvrije stroom en besturingssoftware voor het verwerven, verwerken en rapporteren van gegevens.
De HPLC-eenheid voor QC PET zal bestaan uit een pomp (inclusief ontgasser), UV-detector, radioactiviteitsdetector, auto-injector en besturingssoftware voor het verwerven, verwerken en rapporteren van gegevens. De HPLC-eenheid voor metabolieten zal bestaan uit een pomp (inclusief ontgasser), UV-detector, radioactiviteitsdetector, auto- en handmatige injector en besturingssoftware voor het verwerven, verwerken en rapporteren van gegevens. De UPLC pomp zal als optie worden aangeboden voor de HPLC-unit voor QC van radiofarmaceutica voor RNT en de unit voor PET-radiofarmaceutica.
Als optie wordt een kolomoven aangeboden.
