Top-up of the 'WeBalkans' EU Regional Strategic Communication Programme for the Western Balkans run by DG NEAR A1 in order to level up communication activities over the period 2024-2027. The top-up concerns an extension of planned services, with a view of managing an expanding network of Young European Ambassadors, deploying a a new EU Digitool in the Western Balkans with a sub-contractor, as well as enhancing the capacity to run more large-scale thematic regional communication campaigns on a regular basis.
