Das Projekt „Duisburg‑Rheinhausen“ ist Bestandteil des Lärmsanierungsprogramms an bestehenden Schienenwegen und sieht die Errichtung mehrerer Schallschutzwände bahnrechts bzw. bahnlinks vor, um die schalltechnischen Anforderungen im Projektabschnitt zu erfüllen. Das Projekt ist in zwei Invest‑Containern B-03 und C‑06 (Krefeld‑Linn – Oberhausen‑Osterfeld Süd) zugeordnet. Vorliegend handelt es sich um die Ausschreibung der Bauüberwachung (BÜW).
Gemäß den Vorgaben des BMVI werden die Lärmschutzwände innerhalb einer Ortsdurchfahrt gemeinsam betrachtet und umgesetzt, da jede Ortsdurchfahrt einen eigenständigen Abschnitt im Gesamtkonzept der Lärmsanierung bildet. Damit entsteht pro Ortsdurchfahrt in der Regel ein Projekt mit mehreren Lärmschutzwänden, das einheitlich geplant und vollständig abgestimmt realisiert werden muss.
