Raamovereenkomst voor leveren, plaatsen en in dienst stellen van een waterbehandelingsinstallatie voor de dienst dialyse. AZ Turnhout wenst over te gaan tot de aankoop van een waterbehandelingsinstallatie voor de dienst dialyse op campus Sint‑Jozef, ter vervanging van de bestaande installatie. Het aankoopdossier omvat de levering, installatie en aansluiting van de waterbehandelingsinstallatie, alsook afvoer van het te vervangen toestel.
Verder gaat de aankoop gepaard met het afsluiten van een onderhoudscontract. Alle benodigde testen/validatie en wettelijke controles zijn ten laste van de inschrijver. In het kader van deze raamovereenkomst, worden naast Campus Sint-Jozef, eveneens Campus Sint-Elisabeth alsook CAD Mol, CAD Geel en CAD Hoogstraten vermeld als mogelijke leveringsplaatsen.
Deze vermelding kadert in de eventuele toekomstige nood tot vervanging van de waterbehandelingsinstallatie op één van deze locaties binnen de looptijd van deze raamovereenkomst. Indien - en voor zover deze nood zich effectief stelt -, kan een bijkomende waterinstallatie via deze raamovereenkomst worden afgenomen, zonder enige afnameverplichting. De aanbestedende overheid benadrukt dat de opgegeven hoeveelheden vermoedelijke hoeveelheden zijn en dus louter indicatief.
