Deze Request for Information (RFI) heeft tot doel marktinformatie in te winnen over toekomstgerichte en duurzame communicatieoplossingen voor interactieve openbare verlichting die door Fluvius wordt beheerd, in het licht van de geplande uitfasering van de mobiele 2G en 3G netwerken in België. Fluvius wenst inzicht te verkrijgen in mogelijke oplossingen — waaronder vervangende of universele communicatiemodules en bijhorende Light Management Systemen (LMS) — die de continuïteit van de werking van bestaande verlichtingstoestellen kunnen waarborgen, integreerbaar zijn in het Fluvius Central Light Management System (Citylinx, via de TALQ-standaard) en geschikt voor een verdere evolutie op lange termijn.
