Hankinnan kohteena on Fimlab Laboratoriot Oy:n Tampereen laboratorioon käyttöön tuleva Näytteenkäsittelyautomaatti kliinisten näytteiden esikäsittelyyn ennen LC-MS/MS analyysiä. Hankintaan sisältyy Laitteiston toimitus, asennus, käyttöönotto, koulutus, tuki- ja huoltopalvelut sekä laitteeseen liittyvät tarvikkeet ja lisävarusteet tarjouspyynnössä ja sen liitteissä kuvatuin ehdoin. Hankinnalla tavoitellaan toimintavarmaa, laadukasta ja kustannustehokasta näytteenkäsittelyautomaattilaitteistoa Tilaajan käyttöön.
Laitteiston ja siihen liittyvien tarvikkeiden sopimus tehdään kahden (2) vuoden ajalle. Sopimusta voidaan jatkaa laitteistoon liittyvien käyttötarvikkeiden, palvelujen osalta toistaiseksi voimassaolevana. Laitteistoon liittyvä huolto- ja palvelusopimus tehdään viiden vuoden ajalle.
Sopimusta voidaan jatkaa toistaiseksi voimassaolevana.
