Aankoop van Intra-Oculaire Lenzen (implantaten), afgekort IOL en visco-elastische producten, afgekort OVD. De raming van de behoefte is de raming voor alle deelnemende ziekenhuizen. Deze raming houdt echter geen verbintenis in voor de af te nemen hoeveelheid.
