De opdracht heeft tot voorwerp: het sluiten van een raamovereenkomst voor het (periodische) onderhoud van onbevaarbare waterlopen in de ruimste betekenis. Deze raamovereenkomst heeft betrekking op het werkingsgebied van De Watergroep.
