De opdracht betreft het spoedig oplossen van de zettingsproblematiek van het talud tussen Baanhoek en Sliedrecht (op geocode 118 Geldermalsen – Dordrecht tussen km 85,8 – 86,5) ter voorkoming van het optreden van een rode vlag op het spoor waardoor de treindienst onmiddellijk volledig stilgelegd moet worden. Op het traject Baanhoek–Sliedrecht is een versnelde degeneratie van het baanlichaam vastgesteld, gerelateerd aan zettingsproblematiek in het talud. Deze situatie leidt tot een acuut veiligheidsrisico waarbij onmiddellijk ingrijpen noodzakelijk is. -
