Dit project omvat de verbouwing van gebouw S3 op de Campus van de TU/e. De te selecteren Opdrachtnemer zal verantwoordelijk zijn voor de bouwkundige en installatietechnische renovatie van het gebouw, wat globaal bestaat uit:
- Bouwkundige aanpassingen
- Het vervangen van installaties
- Bestaande installaties worden waar nodig aangepast naar de nieuwe situatie
- Het maken van de UO tekeningen/berekeningen
- Brandveiligheid aanpassen. De Opdrachtnemer dient na gunning de UO tekeningen en berekeningen te maken voorafgaand aan de uitvoering. Nadere informatie en uitwerking zal in het TO inclusief technische omschrijving worden verstrekt in de Inschrijvingsfase van de aanbesteding. Eén (1) perceel Opdrachtgever onderscheidt geen percelen. Het betreft een integrale uitvoeringsopdracht met één (1) aanspreekpunt, m.a.w. de Opdrachtnemer is integraal verantwoordelijk voor de bouwkundige, constructieve, werktuigbouwkundige en elektrotechnische werkzaamheden in het kader van de verbouwi Zie aanbestedingsstukken.
