Description
Minerva ist ein gemeinsames Business-Intelligence-System von MDR und NDR zur zentralen Sammlung, Aggregation, Analyse und Visualisierung von Nutzungsdaten digitaler und linearer Medienangebote. Die Plattform stellt Daten aus Web & App, Social Media, YouTube, Podcasts, TV, Radio und SEO in thematisch strukturierten Dashboards bereit und unterstützt datenbasierte Entscheidungen auf operativer sowie strategischer Ebene. Neben plattformspezifischen Auswertungen ermöglicht Minerva auch crossmediale Analysen.
Das System wird von der NDR Medienforschung betrieben und steht den beteiligten Rundfunkanstalten überwiegend netzwerkbasiert zur Verfügung, während ausgewählte Bereiche durch Login geschützt sind. Die technische Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung erfolgen durch einen externen Dienstleister nach fachlichen und sicherheitsrelevanten Vorgaben des NDR. Während der Vertragslaufzeit ist die Unterstützung einer möglichen Migration auf eine ARD-weite Nachfolgelösung vorgesehen.
Die Einstellung des Systems wird derzeit für Ende 2028 erwartet.
