Hankinnan kohteen ovat huuhtelulaitteet. Laitteiden pääasiallisena käyttökohteena on alusastioiden, isojen portatiivien, virtsapullojen, imupullojen, vatien, kulhojen ja Oraksen tai vastaavien suihkupäiden ja letkujen pesu ja desinfiointi. Konetta tullaan käyttämään myös kaatoklosettina ja sen tulee soveltua tähän käyttöön.
Lisäksi hankinnassa kilpailutetaan huoltosopimus takuuajan jälkeiselle neljälle (4) vuodelle, jonka käyttöönottamisesta jokainen tilaaja päättää takuuajan jälkeen. Huoltosopimus ei vaikuta vertailtavaan hintaan.
