Description
Het 2de deel van de binnentuin van het monumentaal gebouw wordt gerenoveerd. In deze opdracht worden door de aannemer de nodige putten, buitenkranen, drinkfonteinen, aansluitzuilen, kabels en leidingen aangelegd, de riolering nagezien en aangepast en wordt de vloer van de gaanderijen rond de binnentuin heraangelegd waar nodig. De bestaande stookplaatsen van dit monumentaal gebouw worden op termijn vervangen.
Ter voorbereiding van deze werken wordt bij de renovatie van de binnentuin door de aannemer het nodige leidingnetwerk voor een warmtenet aangesloten op een centrale stookplaats, aangelegd. De nodige grondwerken voor de boven vermelde werken in de bestaande binnentuin tussen de toekomstige administratie van het ziekenhuis en het museum Dr. Guislain zijn eveneens inbegrepen in deze opdracht.
