Description
Raamovereenkomst voor de levering van vliegtuigbrandstof Light Aviation (Avgas 100LL en Avgas UL91, Avgas UL94 of een ander duurzaam aviation grade alternatief, JET A1 is uitgesloten). De raamovereenkomst voor leveringen neemt een aanvang op 1 januari 2027 en een looptijd tot 31 mei 2039. Alvorens de aanbestedende overheid bestellingen zal plaatsen voor de levering van vliegtuigbrandstof, zal de opdrachtnemer de infrastructuur voor de opslag en verdeling van de brandstof moeten installeren.
De opdrachtnemer zal daartoe de vereiste omgevingsvergunningsaanvraag en alle nodige stukken voorbereiden. De aanbestedende overheid zal de voorbereide stukken en nakijken en waar nodig laten aanpassen door de opdrachtnemer, en zal vervolgens de vergunningsaanvraag indienen. De werken moeten opgeleverd worden vóór 1 januari 2027, zodat de installatie op 1 januari 2027 in gebruik genomen kan worden.
De aanbestedende overheid zal de opdrachtnemer niet afzonderlijk vergoeden voor het installeren van de nodige infrastructuur; de offerteprijs zal uitsluitend bestaan uit de prijs voor de vliegtuigbrandstof, waarin een marge wordt voorzien om over de looptijd van de opdracht de investering in de installatie terug te verdienen.
