Headhunting non C-level 2026-2030 en 9 lots - L’objet du marché consiste à faire appel à des bureaux de sélection (headhunters) afin de pourvoir des fonctions de cadres supérieurs et/ou d’experts (non C-level) au sein de l’ensemble des entités de la SNCB (y compris Ypto), en complément du recrutement réalisé par la SNCB elle-même. Au sein de la SNCB, cela correspond aux classes NRP (New Reward Plan) 2 à 7. Le marché est divisé en différents lots.
Au moment d’introduire leur demande de participation, les bureaux de sélection (headhunters) doivent indiquer pour quels lots ils manifestent leur intérêt. Chaque lot correspond à une catégorie de profil.
