Le lot 1 de ce marché a pour objet la construction de la nouvelle voirie RN246a sur une distance de 4,1 km environ, reliant la Place Goffin à Clabecq au giratoire de Saintes II sur la RN224, en passant par le giratoire du TGV sur la RN6 ; y compris la construction de nouveaux 3 ouvrages d’art de franchissement du canal Charleroi-Bruxelles, de la Senne et d’une voie ferrée, l’agrandissement du giratoire existant sur la RN6 et l’agrandissement du carrefour de la place Goffin. Le lot 2 de ce marché a pour objet la mise en place des différents aménagements verts de l’ensemble du tracé ainsi que les opérations d’entretiens saisonniers des plantations et engazonnements, pour une durée de 5 années calendaires.
