Het Lokaal bestuur Mortsel is voor het personeel op zoek naar een tijdsregistratiesysteem.
- Dit tijdsregistratiesysteem zal voorzien in de basisfunctionaliteiten die men mag verwachten van een tijdsregistratiesysteem. Het maakt het mogelijk voor medewerkers met en zonder fysieke prikklok hun aankomst- en werktijden alsook opdrachten en uitzonderlijke prestaties te registreren.
- Alle medewerkers hebben toegang tot hun persoonlijke situatie en kunnen verlofaanvragen indienen.
- De gegevens worden verwerkt volgens berekeningsregels, afgestemd op input aan de loonmotor voor verloning. De software houdt in:
- Virtuele registratie
- Software die gebruiksvriendelijk is en eenvoudig te bedienen
- De software wordt ontwikkeld in het Nederlands en is beschikbaar als online platform (cloud) en biedt een hoge mate van gebruiksgemak en biedt gebruiksgemak dankzij geautomatiseerde functies.
Het platform ondersteunt meerdere gebruikers en werkstations en werkt in netwerkmodus. Het aantal eindgebruikers is onbeperkt. De toegang tot de software gebeurt via gebruikersnaam en wachtwoord of via koppeling met AD voor SSO.
Onze loonmotor zal draaien op Lima (Cipal Schaubroek). Export naar de loonmotor gebeurt zo veel mogelijk geautomatiseerd.
