Deze opdracht kadert in de projecten ‘Herinrichting R0 (perceel1) en aanleg luchthaventram (perceel 2)’, met De Werkvennootschap als aanbestedende overheid en ‘Aanleg luchthaventram’, waarbij een deel zal aanbesteed worden door De Werkvennootschap en een deel door Brussels Airport Company (BAC). De opdrachtnemer zal instaan voor de totale coördinatie van de werken, van start tot voorlopige oplevering. Dat houdt in dat hij alle partijen die betrokken zijn bij deze werken dient te contacteren en hiermee de nodige afspraken dient te maken voor de uitvoering van de werken en het verkrijgen van alle noodzakelijke vergunningen.
Mogelijke te contacteren partijen zijn (niet exhaustief) alle betrokken domeinbeheerders, alle betrokken distributienetbeheerders, eventuele omwonenden, De Werkvennootschap, Brussels Airport Company, AWV, De Lijn, de betrokken steden en gemeenten,… Alle betrokken nutsmaatschappijen voeren toezicht uit en nemen deel aan overlegvergaderingen. Voor dit project hebben we beroep gedaan op de huidige gekwalificeerden van het dossier SYN20W008.
