Thomas More wenst een raamovereenkomst te sluiten met 1 opdrachtnemer voor het leveren en installeren van diverse soorten los meubilair voor de inrichting van studentenkamers. Het betreft de inrichting van studentenkamers met (minstens) bedden, matrassen, bureaus, bureaustoelen en kasten met diverse technische bepalingen. Ook andere items ter aankleding die logisch verband houden met de inrichting van een studentenkamer dienen beschikbaar te zijn.
Dit kunnen bijv. zijn: nachtkastjes, zetels, kapstokken, prikborden, gordijnen, tapijten, opbergdozen, interieur accessoires … Bij uitbreiding kan de raamovereenkomst ook gebruikt worden voor het inrichten van de gemeenschappelijk ruimtes van de studentenverblijven. In dat geval kunnen bijv. ook zetels, eettafels en -stoelen, … besteld worden. Deze opdracht voor het sluiten van de raamovereenkomst wordt uitgeschreven naar aanleiding van de herinrichting van de E-blok op campus De Vest in Mechelen tot studentenkamers.
De inrichting van een 26-tal éénpersoons-studentenkamers zal de eerste (gegarandeerde) deelopdracht onder de te sluiten raamovereenkomst worden. Dit project zal tegen september 2026 uitgevoerd moeten worden.
