De Opdracht betreft het verwerven van (conform Gemma/gemeentelijke) Standaardsoftware (licenties) welke onpremise en/of als SaaS/IaaS/PaaS (Xaas) oplossingen afgenomen kunnen worden inclusief advies, vernieuwing, beheer en onderhoud De huidige omzet van de Standaardsoftware bedraagt ca. € 1.250.000,- excl. BTW per jaar. In verband met de mogelijkheid van verSaaSing, outsourcing (werkplekken, etc.), het verwerven van software via andere kanalen, extra afname vanwege politieke, budgettaire, bestuurlijke, organisatorische ontwikkelingen en toekomstige beleidsontwikkelingen binnen de Aanbestedende dienst stelt Opdrachtgever de maximale opdrachtwaarde voor de maximale contractduur van deze Raamovereenkomst op € 6.000.000,- excl.
BTW. voor de potentiële contractduur van 4 jaar. Aan deze maximale contractwaarde kunnen geen rechten worden ontleend.
