Provincie Limburg wenst een raamovereenkomst af te sluiten voor het preventief en correctief onderhoud voor het behoud en de bijsturing van de goede werking van de diverse installaties inzake branddetectie. Het jaarlijks onderhoud is veel uitgebreider dan een gewone keuring door een erkend keuringsorganisme. Het onderhoud omvat:
- het testen van de centrale
- het testen van de detectoren en drukknoppen
- het testen van het evacuatiesysteem
- het testen van het informatierapport, de telefoondoormelder
- het testen van de bediening: HVAC, branddeuren, liften, enz...
- het vervangen van de detectoren na een werkingsduur van 8 jaar en dit in overeenstemming met de norm
- het vervangen van defecte onderdelen zoals sirenes, handmelders,... gedurende de looptijd van het contract. Naast het jaarlijks onderhoud en periodiek vervangen van detectoren en defecte onderdelen, moet er eveneens een wachtdienst zijn (24/24, 7/7) om
- telefonisch te assisteren
- online op te treden op het niveau van de intelligente centrale
- het sturen van een ervaren technicus met de nodige reserveonderdelen voor een interventie ter plaatse (binnen de 6 uur na telefonische oproep).
