De overheidsopdracht is een raamovereenkomst van leveringen die als voorwerp heeft: het ontwerpen, produceren, leveren en installeren van diverse signalisatie en folies, met ook de mogelijkheid tot het uitvoeren van projecten op maat; verspreid over het Vlaamse Gewest. De informatieve en functionele signalisatie en folies moeten o.a. zorgen voor een betere toegankelijkheid (wayfinding, bereikbaar, en betreedbaar) in en rond de gebouwen, zodat iedereen deze op een zelfstandige en gelijkwaardige manier kan gebruiken.
