Pohjois-Pohjanmaan hyvinvointialue (myöhemmin Pohde) pyytää tarjoustanne kirurgisesta navigointilaitteistosta trauma-, selkä- ja kallokirurgiaan tämän tarjouspyynnön ja sen liitteiden mukaisesti. Hankinnan kohteena on kirurginen navigointilaitteisto sekä ohjelmistot trauma-, selkä-, ja kallokirurgiaan. Kyseessä on kertahankinta.
Tilaaja päättää erikseen mahdollisesta huoltosopimuksesta ja sen laajuudesta takuuajan jälkeen. Hankintayksikkö valitsee yhden Toimittajan hinnan perusteella. Tarvittava ja riittävä laatu varmistetaan pakottavilla vaatimuksilla.
