Het doel van dit dossier is een raamovereenkomst af te sluiten voor de aankoop van de Remote Terminal Units (RTU’s) noodzakelijk voor de uitbating van de transformatorstations en schakelposten. De RTU’s dienen te communiceren via de protocollen IEC 60870-5-104 en IEC 61850 MMS. Het lastenboek heeft betrekking op de (technische) specificaties voor high end RTU’s, voedings- en input/output-modules, een centraal device management platform, softwarelicenties en configuratiesoftware voor de RTU’s.

Buiten scope zijn de installatie de materialen en de mid - en low end RTU’s. Er zal in dit dossier gekozen worden voor Single Sourcing.
