Description
De Universiteit Gent telt ongeveer 10.000 medewerkers op de Belgische payroll, met meer dan 80 verschillende nationaliteiten. Deze werknemers worden internationaal gerekruteerd en komen nieuw toe in België, of worden tijdelijk uitgezonden naar het buitenland – bijvoorbeeld als lokale onderzoeker of in combinatie met een tewerkstelling aan een andere universiteit. Deze internationale mobiliteit brengt uiteenlopende noden met zich mee op het vlak van internationale tewerkstelling.
Enerzijds ontstaan er situaties waarin internationale tewerkstelling gevolgen heeft (of kan hebben) voor de payrollberekening en waarbij advies aan de werkgever vereist is. Anderzijds is er behoefte aan begeleiding en ondersteuning van de betrokken werknemer. De Universiteit Gent is op zoek naar een bedrijf, expert of consultant die de Universiteitsdienst Human Resources kan ondersteunen bij deze diensten.
