L'objet de ce marché est la conclusion d’un accord-cadre visant à la fourniture de matériel de plomberie et la réalisation de travaux d'entretien et construction d'installations de plomberie dans les différentes installations de la STIB, notamment dans le métro, les immeubles de bureaux, les dépôts, les ateliers et autres sites exploités par la STIB. Afin de couvrir l’ensemble des besoins et de tenir compte des spécialités des entreprises du secteur, l’accord-cadre est divisé en trois lots.
